By clicking the "I agree" checkbox, you agree 1) the subscription you or your credit union purchases, including all access and/or activity under your username and password is subject to the following Subscription Terms, in addition to the Terms of Use, found at www.viclarity.com/us/terms-of-use, and Privacy Policy, found at www.viclarity.com/us/privacy-policy, and 2) by agreeing you bind your credit union to these Subscription Terms, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy:
Your access to PolicyAid is available via a unique username and password assigned to you which you shall maintain confidential and not share with others. You are responsible for all activity under your username. By providing your email address associated with your username you consent to receive marketing emails for PolicyAid and other services of ViClarity, LLC (ViClarity) unless you opt out by notifying info@viclarityus.com or using the opt out feature in emails.
The comprehensive online policy library available via PolicyAid is designed to provide templates to help you quickly create or adjust policies for your credit union. The sample policies are just that – samples, and must be carefully reviewed and modified to fit the needs and circumstances of your credit union. These sample policies are not intended to be exhaustive of all issues that may be applicable for your credit union.
You understand the services, including PolicyAid, made available by ViClarity are compliance and not legal in nature, and do not form an attorney-client relationship or any of the protections attendant to the attorney-client relationship. If legal advice or other expert assistance is required, you should seek the services of a competent professional person.
ViClarity grants the credit union that purchases the PolicyAid subscription the non-transferable right to download, revise and use the sample policies for its internal use only and for no other purpose. Neither you, nor your credit union, shall resell, distribute or otherwise make the sample policies available to any third-party. The credit union on whose behalf the subscription is purchased is liable to ViClarity for any damages arising from or related to the unauthorized use of the sample policies made available through your credit union’s PolicyAid subscription, including but not limited to lost profits.
With respect to the content of PolicyAid, neither ViClarity, nor any of its affiliates or respective employees or directors, make any express or implied warranty or assume any legal liability or responsibility whatsoever as a result of the product offering, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, availability, security or usefulness of any information, or any other claim. Reference to any specific commercial product, service, process, provider, vendor, or trade name/mark in PolicyAid does not constitute or imply such product or provider is endorsed, recommended, or warranted by ViClarity.
For credit unions purchasing PolicyAid, your subscription to PolicyAid is active for one (1) year from the date your credit union initially purchases the subscription, and will automatically renew at the then-current price until cancelled by providing notice at least two weeks prior to the renewal date by emailing info@viclarityus.com. You are responsible for timely canceling your renewal subscription regardless whether you receive a notice from ViClarity. The renewal price will be the same as the current subscription unless ViClarity provides notice of a change in price via email to the original subscriber for your credit union. The annual fee is due in full at the time of purchase, and if cancelled or terminated before the end of the annual term, there is no refund. The credit card information used to purchase the subscription will be retained and charged annually to continue the subscription to PolicyAid. If card information should change, you must provide updated information to ViClarity so your subscription does not stop. If payment is not current, your subscription will stop until fully paid.
These Subscription Terms may be modified by ViClarity at any time and your continued use of PolicyAid is your acceptance of modified Subscription Terms.
